Warm Green Beans Vinaigrette
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1 small clove garlic, pressed
Cook green beans in 1 1/2 cups water until crisply tender (about 10 minutes). In the meantime, combine all other ingredients. Toss with drained beans and serve at once.
